  • Training in media relations and presentation skills.

  • Press release distribution.

  • Arrange and manage introductions to journalists and editors.

  • Arrange, manage and follow-up interviews with journalists/media on specific topics and campaigns.

  • Staff training and guidance on media relations best practice, guidelines, management of agencies and suppliers, Request for Proposals (RFPs).

  • Recruit media relations staff (writing and placement of job adverts, job descriptions, interviews and recommendations).
